Cancellation and Refund Policy for Cloudi7 Technologies

Cloudi7 Technologies (“Cloudi7”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to providing our clients with high-quality website development and digital marketing services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your project. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel your project and receive a refund.
When Can You Cancel Your Project?
- During the Discovery Phase: You may cancel your project without penalty during the Discovery Phase, which typically lasts 7 days from the project start date. During this phase, we gather information about your project requirements and develop a proposed plan. If you decide not to proceed, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
- After the Discovery Phase: Once the Discovery Phase is complete and the project enters the Development or Implementation Phase, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- Within 14 days of the project start date: You will receive a 75% refund of any payments made.
- 15-20 days after the project start date: You will receive a 50% refund of any payments made.
- 30 days or more after the project start date: No refunds will be issued.
Please note that these are general guidelines, and the specific terms of your cancellation may vary depending on the nature of your project and the services you have purchased. We encourage you to carefully review your project agreement before making any cancellation decisions.
How to Initiate a Cancellation
To cancel your project, please send a written request to our customer support team at [email protected] Your cancellation request should include the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- The name of your project
- The date you are requesting to cancel
- The reason for your cancellation
Our customer support team will review your request and confirm the terms of your cancellation and any applicable refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your cancellation request and confirm the terms, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Exceptions to this Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy does not apply to the following:
- Custom-developed software or digital assets: Any software or digital assets that are specifically developed for your project are not eligible for refund.
- Services already rendered: You will not receive a refund for any services that have already been completed before your cancellation request is received.
- Third-party fees: We are not responsible for any non-refundable fees charged by third-party vendors or service providers.
